Privacy Policy

The Original Diamond Club LLC ("Diamond Club", "we", "us") runs a softball training facility at 21018 Osborne St #2, Chatsworth, CA 91304. This policy explains what information we collect through diamondclubsb.com, our booking pages and our ad forms (including Facebook and Instagram lead forms), and how we use it.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: parent or guardian name, phone number and email address.
• Athlete details you give us: name, age, grade, school, team, position, goals and schedule.
• Booking details when you schedule a call or session.
• Basic technical data our website and ad platforms collect automatically, such as IP address, device, browser and pages visited, including through cookies. You can set your browser to decline cookies; parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

How we use it

• To contact you about the program you asked about, by phone, text or email.
• To schedule calls, evaluations and training sessions.
• To run and improve our programs, and to send updates to current families.
• To measure how our ads perform.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our CRM and texting platform, our scheduling and booking tools, our payment processors and the ad platforms you contacted us through. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or property, or where we believe someone may be at risk of harm. If Diamond Club is merged with or acquired by another company, your information may transfer with the business.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and the site is served over an encrypted connection. Payments are handled by our payment processors; we do not store card numbers. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee it.

Athletes under 18

Our programs are for athletes 13 and older. We ask a parent or guardian to provide contact information and to make decisions for athletes under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep your information while you are a prospective or current family, and as long as needed for our records after that. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Do Not Track

Our website does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

Text Messages

When you give us your phone number, you agree that Diamond Club may text you about your inquiry, scheduling and our programs. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not share or sell mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

• Our content. Text, photos, video and logos on this site belong to Diamond Club or are used with permission, and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without our written permission. College names and logos belong to their schools and are shown only to identify where athletes went on to play; no endorsement by those schools is implied.
• Third-party sites. Links to other sites, such as our booking and scheduling tools, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
• Limitation of liability. The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Diamond Club is not liable for any damages arising from use of this site.
• Our right to restrict use. We may restrict or end anyone's use of the site if it is used for anything illegal or harmful.
• Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
• Severability. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
• Changes. We may update these terms and this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
